What should I do if my card was stolen or lost?
You can block your card from your Business Account interface, either temporarily or permanently.
To do so:
- Go to Business Account > Cards;
- Click the card in question and open the "Settings" tab;
- Click "Cancel card".
A temporary block lets you unblock your card if you find it later. To unblock it, simply go back to that card's page and click "Unblock".
You can also permanently block a card that is already temporarily blocked by following the same steps.
When you choose to permanently block your card, a window will appear asking you to select a reason before confirming.
You can then order a new card: see this article to learn how.
What should I do if my card number and details have been exposed?
You wrote down your card number (virtual or physical) somewhere, or you suspect someone may have seen it.
If you think your card number and CVC may have been accidentally exposed, we recommend:
- Canceling your card.
- You may first want to review your account activity to make sure no unauthorized purchases were made with your card: Business Account > Transactions.
What happens if my card is used fraudulently?
Do you see transactions on your account statement that you don't recognize?
Please follow the instructions in this article.
If fraud is confirmed, our Business Account provider takes responsibility and compensates the cardholder.
How do I find my card PIN?
