Want to stay in full control of your payment cards? Whether you need to view, activate, update, or block a card, this guide walks you through everything you need to manage your cards safely and easily.
View your cards
You can access your card list in just a few steps:
- Log in to your Springly platform.
- Go to the "Cards" section: Business Account > Cards
- You'll find all your active cards along with their details (full name and card format, card name, spending limit, and card status).
To view your canceled cards, simply toggle the active/canceled switch in the top left corner.
Activate a card
Just received a new card? Here's how to activate it:
- Log in to your Springly platform.
- Go to the "Cards" section: Business Account > Cards
- Click on the relevant card and select the "Physical Card" tab.
- Click "Activate" and follow the instructions shown in the pop-up window.
- Enter the identifier — a 10-digit number found on the back of your card — then click Activate.
- Confirm the activation on your mobile device.
Your physical card is now activated. You can view your card details and block or unblock your card if needed.
In some cases, an activation code or a first PIN transaction may be required to complete the activation.
Update card settings
You can customize certain card options to suit your needs:
- Log in to your Springly platform.
- Go to the "Cards" section: Business Account > Cards
- Click on the relevant card and select the "Settings" tab.
- From there, you can manage options such as:

- Updating payment and withdrawal limits,
- Managing geographic restrictions,
- Blocking the card.
Block or cancel a card
If you need to block a card for security reasons, or cancel it because you no longer need it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Springly platform.
- Go to the "Cards" section: Business Account > Cards
- Click on the relevant card and select the "Settings" tab.
- Click "Cancel card".
- Confirm the action — your card will be deactivated immediately.
⚠️ Once you cancel your physical card, make sure the associated virtual card has also been canceled.
If you suspect fraud or your card is lost, we recommend contacting customer support immediately for further assistance.
