View Card Numbers and Secret Code (PIN)

Keeping your banking information secure is essential. When making online payments, you'll typically need to provide sensitive details such as your card number, expiration date, and verification code (CVC).

For in-store payments with your physical card, you'll also need your PIN when using the chip or swiping the card at the reader.

Here's how to securely view the details of your virtual cards and physical cards directly from your Springly platform.

Virtual cards: card number, expiration date, CVC

To view the details of a virtual card, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Springly platform.
2. Go to the Cards section: Business Account > Cards
3. Open the virtual card you need.
4. Select the Show card numbers option.
5. Click the link sent to your email, confirm that you want to reveal your card numbers, and verify your identity.
6. Your card numbers will appear on your platform.
7. Click Close once you've noted the numbers.

Physical cards: view your PIN

To view the details of a physical card, including its PIN, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Springly platform.
2. Go to the Cards section: Business Account > Cards
3. Open the card you need.
4. Select the Physical Card tab.
5. Select the Show card numbers option to view your card numbers.
6. Select Show PIN to view your PIN.
