When withdrawing cash from an ATM, you may encounter a withdrawal limit. This limit is not set by the ATM itself, but by the settings associated with your Payment Card.
Why is there a withdrawal limit?
Withdrawal limits are in place to protect the security of transactions and prevent fraudulent use. Each card has a limit that you can configure directly from your Springly platform.
How do I change the withdrawal limit?
If the current limit doesn't work for you, you can change it directly from your Springly platform. Here are the steps to make that update:
- Open your Springly platform and log in.
- Go to your Payment Card settings: Business Account > Cards
- Click the spending limit amount and open the card details: click the "Settings" tab.
- Update the maximum allowed amount to fit your needs.
- Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button.
- Confirm the updated spending limit by completing the authentication steps (link sent by SMS, identity verification, operation confirmation).
