Create an email template from scratch
Go to Emailing > Templates and click "New template".
You'll land on an editing page where you can build your email template by dragging blocks (available on the left) onto the central canvas.
Don't forget to give your template a name.
In text fields, you can use Custom Fields to add dynamic content to your emails (e.g. a person's first or last name). See this article.
You can send yourself a test email to check how it looks in a real inbox.
Only the logged-in Administrator will receive this test email — it cannot be forwarded to others directly from the platform. To share it with colleagues, simply forward it from your own inbox to whoever you'd like.
Make sure to save your template.
