Delete an Email Campaign

In the Emailing module, you can delete email campaigns you've already created — but only those that haven't been sent yet. This article walks you through how to do it.

Delete Draft Email Campaigns

If you have any email campaigns saved as drafts, you can delete them.

Here's how:

1. Go to Emailing > Campaigns.
2. You'll land on a page listing all sent campaigns and drafts.
3. Select the draft campaigns you want to delete, then click Delete selected campaigns.
   
   

Delete Sent Email Campaigns

You cannot delete campaigns that have already been sent.

However, if a campaign is still in the Campaigns being sent section, you can delete it — it will then be moved back to drafts.

You'll see below that the campaign has been moved to drafts:
