Does your nonprofit have a domain name (e.g., mynonprofit.org) and you'd like to set up one or more email addresses tied to that domain (e.g., contact@mynonprofit.org)?
This article is for you!
Several solutions can meet your needs. However, to our knowledge, no provider currently offers this type of service for free.
βοΈPlease note: we're happy to point you in the right direction and share what we know on these topics. That said, we're unable to walk you through the setup process itself, as it falls outside the scope of Springly.
Gandi Mail
π° Starting at β¬4.79 / month / mailbox (at the time of writing). See pricing
If your domain name is already managed through Gandi (which is the case if Springly set it up for you), this is one of the simpler options to implement. You will need to take over management of the domain if Springly has been handling it up to now.
You stay with Gandi for both your domain name management (the website settings we configured for you remain in place) and your mailbox management.
How to set it up
- Log in to your Gandi account (if that's where your domain is managed);
- Go to your domain management area;
- Click on "Mailboxes & Mail Redirects";
- Click "Renew all mailboxes" if you already have active mailboxes, or "Buy more" to create new ones;
- Proceed to checkout.
