How do I receive a receipt after a Tap to Pay payment?
As soon as a payment is confirmed, an email is automatically sent to the address on file. This email contains a secure link to the receipt. No login is required to access it.
A receipt is only generated if the payment is accepted or declined. In the latter case, it is not sent automatically, but you can send it from the payments list.
How do I view or resend a receipt from the mobile app?

Open the payment history in the mobile app.

Find the Tap to Pay transaction you need.

Tap the payment to open it.

If needed, tap Resend/Send receipt. If no email address is on file, enter one before sending the receipt.
How do I send or resend a receipt from the admin dashboard?

Go to Payment > Tap to Pay in the dashboard.

For each payment, click the action you want in the detail panel:

View receipt: opens the receipt in a new tab.

Resend receipt: sends an email to the existing address.

Send receipt: enter an email address if none is on file, then click Send.

If no email address is provided, the receipt cannot be sent.
What information appears on the receipt?
The receipt includes all the information needed to ensure its legal and accounting validity, including:

Can I print a Tap to Pay receipt?
Yes. The receipt page includes a print-optimized layout you can use directly from your browser (Print command).
All non-essential elements (menus, buttons, navigation) are hidden when printing.
This lets you keep a paper or PDF copy of the receipt for your records.
