Springly lets you choose which payment methods to accept on your forms.
This way, your members have flexibility in how they pay when signing up β and it makes tracking payments much easier on your end.

This works the same way across all four form types. However, installment payments are not available for Donation Campaigns.
What payment methods are available?
Payment methods are configured individually for each form. This means you can enable different payment methods for Form A and different ones for Form B.
To do this, go to the Configuration tab of your form and open step 4 β "Payment and confirmation."
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card,
- Credit card installments (not available for donations),
- Cash,
- Check,
- Other (e.g., wire transfer).
Offering online payment
To offer online payment on your forms, you first need to create and verify your e-wallet. This article walks you through the process.
After that, simply check the option on your forms and enable online sign-ups in step 1 of the configuration.
Online credit card payment is only available when someone signs up online themselves β it cannot be used when an Administrator manually adds a registrant. This setting is configured in step 5 β Form publication.
Offering online installment payments
Installment payments split the total amount due into equal parts spread out over time.
The benefit: costs that might have seemed out of reach become manageable, since members can pay over a longer period rather than all at once.
This payment method is not available for Donation Campaigns.
In your form, under section 4 β "Payment and confirmation," check the "Credit card installments" option.
Set the number of installments and the payment interval based on your needs.
- The number of installments is the total number of payments needed to cover the full membership amount. Example: the membership will be paid in 4 installments.
- The payment interval is the amount of time between each payment. Example: payments will be charged every 2 months.
Please note: the first installment is charged immediately. The payment schedule shows the dates for all subsequent payments.
Offering payment by check or cash
Some of your members may prefer to pay for their memberships, donations, or purchases by check or cash β and yes, we've got that covered too!
The same principle applies to all payment types: simply check the option on your form to make it available.
When you enable one of these options, you can add relevant payment instructions (e.g., the address where checks should be sent).
This information will be displayed to members during the online sign-up process.
If you manage your accounting in Springly, remember to use the cash deposit and deposit slip features to record check and cash payments in your bank account.
How to offer payment by wire transfer
To offer wire transfer as a payment option for memberships, donations, and purchases, select "Other." You will need to:
- Share your bank account details with your members.
- Check your bank account regularly.
- Once the wire transfer is received, update the transaction in Springly.
For wire transfers, cash, checks, or other payment methods, you need to manually mark the payment as received on the transaction. Accounting records will then update automatically. None of these steps are required when using online credit card payments.

What do your contacts see at checkout?
Once they've selected their plan or pricing option, they're taken to the payment page, which displays the payment methods you've configured.
They simply select their preferred payment method and they're all set:
