I didn't receive an order confirmation. Has my order gone through?
If the success page loaded, your order is confirmed. A confirmation email should arrive in your inbox shortly.
Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
How long does it take to receive a payment confirmation or failure email?
Emails are sent almost instantly, though delivery may depend on your bank's response time and overall email volume on the platform at that moment.
If you still haven't received anything after a few hours, please reach out to us at support.assoconnect.com with as much detail as possible. This will help us get back to you quickly.
When exactly is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once your bank authorizes the payment.
Payment error
I'm seeing an error message when I try to pay for my order. Why?
Common causes include:
- Your card is expired or no longer valid;
- Insufficient funds in your bank account;
- An incorrect 3D Secure code was entered.
To resolve the issue:
- Make sure your card is among the accepted payment methods;
- Check that your card has not expired;
- If you received multiple 3D Secure text messages, use the most recent one and verify that the amount shown matches what you owe;
- Make sure you have sufficient funds and that you haven't hit your card's spending limit;
- Contact your bank — there may be an issue with your account.
I get an error message when I click on a Payment Link sent by the nonprofit. What should I do?
The Payment Link is sent once your Request for membership has been approved.
If clicking the link leads to an error page, there is an issue with your order.
Please reach out to the nonprofit directly to resolve the issue.
What should I do if I get an error when paying for my order?
An error means the payment did not go through. Please try again from the same page.
If the problem persists, please contact us at support.assoconnect.com with as much detail as possible. This will help us get back to you quickly.
