How installment payment works
Nonprofits can choose to offer installment payments by payment card, making it easier for members and donors to spread out their payments over time.
This option is available to individuals holding a Visa or Mastercard payment card with an expiration date that extends beyond the final installment due date.
What happens if my payment card expires before all installments are collected?
If your payment card expires, the installment process is paused and you'll receive an email notification.
You can then add a new valid payment card so that your remaining installments can be processed.
