Once your event is created and published, you can find the list of registrants in your ticketing section, under the Registrants tab.
A button lets you generate badges:
A new confirmation window will open.
- If you didn't collect any information beyond first and last name, simply confirm directly.
- If you did collect additional information in your sign-up form (e.g., graduation year for an alumni event), you can choose which fields to display on the generated badges. Note: the field label will appear on the badge (see image below).
The PDF downloads instantly when you click the "Generate badges" button.
Each badge measures 55 mm tall and 86 mm wide — a standard size that can be printed on label sheets.
