For some events, making the list of registrants public can help build excitement. Good news — Springly makes it easy!
Here's how to set it up:
Enable the option
To keep form setup simple, only a few options are enabled by default — but you can turn on more from Settings > Forms and ticketing.
The one you need here is called "Display the attendee list".
As with all advanced settings, enabling this makes the option available within your forms. To use it, open the form you want to update.
Make the registrant list public
Go to Forms > Events and find the event you want to update.
Open the "Distribution" tab of your event form.
At the bottom of the page, you'll find the "Attendee list" section.
Check "Make the list public", then select any additional options you'd like to display (e.g., the selected service).
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking "Update".
Preview the result
The change appears immediately at the bottom of your form's public page.
Example:
Happy event planning!
