Adding an administrator to a Springly Business Account involves several steps.
- Step 1: Request to add an administrator
- Step 2: Validate the Legal Representative's consent
- Step 3: Create the user account
- Step 4: Verify the user's identity
- Step 5: Resolve data conflicts
- Step 6: Account active
Step 1: Request to add an administrator
To do this, go to the Administrator page on your Springly platform. There are two ways to access the Business Account:
- As the primary administrator
- As an administrator with the Business Account role
For more information on managing administrators in Springly, please refer to the dedicated article.
Step 2: Validate by a main platform administrator
Once the request has been submitted, one of the main platform administrators must give their consent through the dedicated page.
Step 3: Create the user account
An email is automatically sent to the added administrator after step 2.
If needed, the main organization's administrator can resend this email from the same page.
By clicking the link in this email, the user will be prompted to create a user account with our partner Swan. For more details on this process, please refer to the dedicated help center article.
Note: If the administrator already has a user account with our partner Swan, they will be automatically redirected to step 4 if they haven't yet verified their identity, or to step 6.
Step 4: Verify the user's identity
After creating their user account with our partner Swan, the administrator must verify their identity.
For more information, please refer to the dedicated help center article.
Step 5: Resolve data conflicts
If the information provided by the administrator in steps 3 and 4 does not match what was declared in step 1, the Legal Representative will need to confirm the administrator's access to the Business Account.
Important: If the administrator does not match, do not approve them — instead, revoke their access rights from the Administrators page.
Step 6: Account active
All done! The administrator now has access to the Springly Business Account.
