This article walks you through the steps to create a Business Account user account with our partner Swan.

Here are the steps:
- Step 1 - Receiving the account creation email
- Step 2 - Create the user account
- Step 3 - Verify your identity
- Step 4 - Enable biometric login and finalize the user account
Step 1 - Receiving the account creation email
Once the Legal Representative gives their consent, the invited Administrator receives an email prompting them to create their user account:
The Administrator must click the link to proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 - Create the user account
To create their account, the user will need their phone nearby and must enter their phone number:
After tapping Next, the user receives a text message with a one-time code to verify ownership of that phone number.
They must then enter their first name, last name, and date of birth.
You'll then be prompted to create a 6-character password.
Step 3 - Verify your identity
The user is then prompted to verify their identity:

Step 4 - Enable biometric login and finalize the user account
Regardless of whether identity verification is complete, the user is offered the option to enable fingerprint or Face ID login, so they don't have to enter the 6-digit code set in the previous step.
This step is optional.
All done! The user account is now created.
