Managing administrator access is essential to keeping your Business Account secure and running smoothly. By following best practices, you can easily review administrator information and update their permissions to fit your organization's needs. Viewing Administrator Information
To effectively manage the administrators who have access to your Business Account, you need to be able to review their information. Here's how:
- Go to your Business Account administrator list on your platform: Business Account > Administrators.
- You'll see the list of administrators who have access to the account. Those with access are labeled "Active account" in the "Status" column.
- Click on an administrator to view their details.
Administrators with a status other than "Active account" do not have access to the Business Account. If an action is required on your end, a ๐ฏ By you here indicator will appear in the "Action required" column.
Removing an Administrator's Access
If an administrator should no longer have access to the account, you can revoke their permissions by following these steps:
- Go to the Business Account Administrators section: Business Account > Administrators.
- Find the administrator in the list.
- Click the option to view their profile: ๐๏ธ
- Click the Settings > Administrators link in the blue box.
- Uncheck "Primary Administrator" and check all other Manager boxes except "Business Account Manager".
- Confirm by clicking the yellow "Save" button.
Once this is done, the administrator will no longer be able to log in or perform any operations on the account.

In some cases, you may need to update an administrator's information, such as their phone number or email address. Here's how:

- Find the administrator in the list.

- Click "Update profile" and make the desired changes.
