Identity verification is a required security step to access all Business Account features. This article follows on from the Business Account user account creation process (see the dedicated help center article for more details).

Complete the identity verification
To start the identity verification, click 'Verify my identity'.
The interface explains that you will need to film your ID document (ID card, passport, or residence permit) and record your face, and provides details about the process.
Film your ID document, then follow the on-screen instructions to record your face:
Your data is then submitted for verification.
Next, enter your city and country of birth.
Finally, wait a few moments while your identity is being verified.
If the verification fails, an error message will notify you that our partner will follow up within 72 hours. An email will also be sent explaining the reasons for the rejection.
If the verification is successful, you will receive a text message confirming that your identity has been verified. Congratulations!
