From your administrator dashboard, you can create a page to host your photo galleries. It lets you publish your organization's latest photos on your website and share them on social media in just a few clicks. This article explains how to create and manage your photo gallery.

Create and edit a photo gallery
Create a photo gallery
To create your first photo gallery, go to Website > Smart Pages > Photo Galleries.
If this menu doesn't appear, you'll need to enable it in your Settings. For more details, see the article: Create a Photo Galleries page on your website
Click the New Gallery button and you're all set!
You'll land on the gallery configuration page. Enter a title, choose the publication page, and set the publication date:
Reorder photos
To reorder photos, hover over the photo you want to move. An arrow appears in the top-left corner of the photo. Click and drag it to the desired position.
Delete a photo
Deleting a photo works the same way: hover over the photo you want to remove from your gallery. A Delete button will appear — click it to remove the photo.
Edit and publish an existing gallery
Once a gallery is created, you can edit it at any time:
- Go to Website > Photo Galleries: all your galleries will be listed there;
- hover over the gallery you want to edit, then click the Manage button that appears.
Have multiple galleries published on different pages? Use the "Page" filter at the top to narrow them down by publication page:
You'll be taken to the gallery editing page. Just like when creating a gallery, you can update:
- the gallery title;
- the publication date;
- the Photo Galleries page where you want to publish your gallery;
- the photos: you can add, delete, or reorder them by dragging as described above.
Click Save once you've made your changes.
Delete a photo gallery
To delete one or more galleries, go to the Photo Galleries page, click the Delete button in the top right corner, then click the delete button next to the gallery you want to remove.
Warning: deletion is permanent!
If you decide not to delete anything after all, click the Delete button again in the top right corner of the page.
