If a campaign is no longer needed — whether it's outdated or was just a test — you can archive it. Note that campaigns cannot be deleted.

Archive a campaign
To archive a campaign, follow these steps:
- Go to the settings page of the campaign you want to archive
- Change the status to "Archived" using the dropdown at the top of the page
- Save your changes
Please note: Once archived, a campaign can no longer accept sign-ups. Archiving deactivates it while keeping all its data intact.
Find an archived campaign
If you need to view or reactivate an archived campaign, here's how:
- Navigate to campaigns: Go to the campaigns page you need (e.g., Campaigns > Memberships to find a Membership Campaign)
- Click "+ more filters" in the search bar
- Select the "Archived" status, which is not selected by default. You can also use the other available filters to narrow down your search.
Reuse an archived campaign
Once you've located the archived campaign using the filters, you have two options to reuse it:
- Change the status again: If you want to make the campaign active again, simply update its status. This is handy if you archived it by mistake. To do so, click "Edit" — this will take you back to the settings page shown earlier.
- Duplicate the campaign: This option is especially useful if you want to use the archived campaign as a starting point for a new one.
