Professional plan pricing
The Professional plan is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
Your subscription price is based on the number of people in your Community β your database β whether they are individuals (= Contacts) or legal entities (= Structures). Your Community typically includes members and donors, but can also include volunteers, beneficiaries, partners, and more β it's entirely up to you.
You can estimate your cost using the pricing tiers on our pricing page.
How to try the Professional plan
Before subscribing, we invite you to try the Professional plan for free.
No credit card required β the free trial is completely commitment-free.
To help you get the most out of the platform, we offer a personalized platform demo with an expert who specializes in large nonprofits and networks. They'll dig into your management needs and show you exactly how the Professional plan can address them.
Our Support team is also available throughout your free trial if you have any questions.
At the end of your trial, you can subscribe directly from your platform.
Frequently asked questions about the Professional plan
What is a contact?
A contact is any individual or legal entity recorded in your Community. This typically includes members, donors, volunteers, partner nonprofits and businesses, network contacts, and more.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Your plan will simply not renew at the end of your current commitment period.
What happens if I exceed the number of contacts included in my subscription?
Subscriptions are tier-based, depending on your number of contacts. If you exceed your included contact limit on your anniversary month, an additional invoice is issued. The amount is calculated based on the difference between your current tier and the tier that matches your actual contact count.
Here is a diagram showing how this works on the Serenity plan β the logic is exactly the same for the Professional plan:
Example: you started and paid for an annual subscription on September 1 at $104/month on the 0β300 contacts tier.
If on October 1 you have 350 contacts in your database, an additional invoice of $15 will be issued (the next tier, 300β400 contacts, is $119/month).
On the other hand, if on October 1 your database has fewer than 300 contacts β regardless of any fluctuations during the past month β you remain on the 0β300 contacts tier and no additional invoice is issued.
How does subscription renewal work?
Unless you cancel your subscription, it automatically renews at the end of your commitment period for the next period.
Can I export the data entered in Springly?
Yes, your data can be exported to Excel at any time.
How can I pay for the Professional plan?
Two payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or direct debit.
Can I manage local sections and chapters (called "advanced groups")?
You can create advanced groups to give your local sections and chapters their own independent management spaces, while consolidating information at your main admin level. Five advanced groups are included in the Professional plan by default. Each additional advanced group is billed at $10/month.
