Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time β your plan simply won't renew at the end of your current commitment period.
What happens if I exceed the number of contacts included in my plan?
Subscriptions are tiered based on your contact count. If you exceed your plan's contact limit on your anniversary month, an invoice is issued for the difference between your current tier and the tier that matches your actual contact count.
How does subscription renewal work?
Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each commitment period.
Can I export the data I've entered into Springly?
Yes, all your data can be exported to Excel at any time.
How can I pay for my Serenity plan subscription?
Two payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or direct debit.
Can I manage chapters and local branches (also called "advanced groups")?
You can create advanced groups to give your sections and local chapters their own independent management spaces, while keeping everything consolidated at the main admin level. The Serenity plan does not include advanced groups by default, but you can add them. Each advanced group is billed at β¬10/month.
