At Springly, we listen to our users and love hearing their feedback on features they enjoy, find most useful, or would like to see improved.
This feedback is part of what shapes the future development of our platform.
What is a suggestion?
A suggestion is feedback about something that gets in your way when using a specific feature or the platform as a whole.
Ideally, frame it as a problem. For example: "I hit a wall when I need to do X."
Finding the right solution to your problem is exactly what our Product team is here for π
Submit a suggestion
Simply go to support.assoconnect.com and select "Improvement suggestion."
Next, select the area of the platform your suggestion relates to, along with the relevant action. This helps us sort your request more efficiently β we receive several hundred each month.
Then, describe as clearly as possible what you're trying to accomplish. Rather than proposing a solution, share your underlying need β we'll take it from there. π
Unfortunately, our team is not able to reply to suggestions individually, though we'd love to. That said, every suggestion is read, categorized, and logged for future reference.
You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting your suggestion. If you're experiencing an immediate issue on your platform, simply reply to that email and our Support team will follow up.
Development prioritization
User suggestions are a key input in how we build and improve Springly. Listening to what our users tell us is how we make sure we're addressing real nonprofit needs.
From there, we decide which developments to pursue based on our internal priorities, technical requirements, and analysis of user feedback.
Every development decision must meet three criteria:
- Benefit as many users as possible (we don't build one-off, custom features)
- Be deliverable in stages (we favor continuous improvement over large one-time releases)
- Be sustainable long-term (clean, secure, and modular code)
As a result, not every suggestion we receive can be acted upon.
Once we've identified what to build, we put together a multi-month roadmap.
