Payments made through Springly comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security standards, used by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
This ensures your banking information stays confidential and provides maximum protection against fraud.

To strengthen transaction security, fraud prevention and detection measures are in place, including 3D Secure verification.

HTTPS Protocol & SSL Certificates
All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. Our SSL certificates are issued by Comodo, a trusted authority, and use the TLS 1.2 protocol along with the SHA-256 hashing algorithm.
Enhanced Authentication
User passwords are stored securely. You can also enable two-step authentication on your account for added security. It is mandatory for all Springly employees.
📧 Email Security
Emails sent through the platform comply with two recognized security standards:
- DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): each email is digitally signed to prevent identity spoofing.
- SPF (Sender Policy Framework): to effectively combat spam.
🏦 Springly Business Account
The Springly Business Account is backed by Swan, an electronic money institution (EMI) supervised by the ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution), which operates under the Banque de France.
This ensures that your nonprofit's funds are managed in accordance with a strict regulatory framework.
📒 Accounting
The accounting features offered by Springly comply with the French legal framework, including ANC regulation 2018-06 (Chart of Accounts for Associations and Foundations).
