Where can you withdraw cash?
You can withdraw cash from any ATM that supports the Mastercard network, anywhere in the world.
Withdrawal Fees
Fees vary depending on the geographic zone:
- Within the SEPA zone: €1 per withdrawal
- Outside the SEPA zone: 2% of the withdrawal amount
Please note: These fees are charged directly by Swan, our banking partner, and are deducted at the time of each withdrawal.
SEPA Zone
The SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) zone covers 36 European countries that use or are linked to the euro:
- The 27 European Union member states
- Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland
- Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, Vatican City, Mayotte, and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon
