The Periodic Review ensures that your organization's information stays up to date, in compliance with the requirements of our payment provider, Adyen. Completing this review is essential to keep receiving and withdrawing funds through Springly.
Why is a Periodic Review necessary?
This process ensures you stay compliant with applicable regulations β including KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, the same standards used to verify your account when it was first opened.
It also helps to:
Prevent fraud
Reflect any changes in your organization's governance
Avoid service interruptions
Maintain trust with our payment partners
How do I know if a Periodic Review is required?
You'll be notified through several channels:
A notification appears on your Springly Home page.
You receive an email with a direct link to the review page.
An alert appears in your E-wallet > Dashboard
You have 30 days to complete the review. After that, incoming payments will be suspended.
How do I access the Periodic Review page?
Go to E-wallet > Dashboard, then click the button in the "Periodic Review required" notification.
Only primary administrators and treasurers (with "accounting write" permissions) can complete this review.
What information do I need to review or update?
Your organization's details (name, address, registration number)
The Legal Representative (name, date of birth, address): you must now declare your president as the legal representative. If this was not done when the account was opened, please update it here.
The most recent board meeting minutes
You will then be able to:
Confirm the information if everything is current
Edit any fields that need to be updated
All fields are required, even if no changes are made. The board meeting minutes must be dated within the last 12 months and must reference the declared president.
What happens after I submit the review?
After submitting:
You'll be redirected to your Dashboard after a few seconds.
If everything checks out, your service will continue without interruption.
If an issue is found, you'll receive an email with the details and will need to correct the relevant items.
What should I do if the deadline has passed?
If the review is not completed within 30 days, payments will be automatically blocked by our provider and no transfers to your bank account will be possible.
You will need to resolve the situation to reactivate your payment service. A specific notification will appear in the interface and you will receive an email.
