You've set up a Donation Campaign and want to receive an email notification every time someone donates online. This article walks you through how to set it up.
Where and how do you configure this notification?
To set up this notification, go to the editing page of your Donation Campaign:
- Go to Forms > Donations;
- On your target Donation Campaign, click the three vertical dots
"View settings", then click Edit.
This takes you to the configuration page of your Donation Campaign.
- Once in the configuration area, navigate to Step 4 - Payment and confirmation;
- In this section, click the gray "+ options" button. A block of additional options will expand. There, you can enter one or more email addresses in the field labeled "Receive an email notification for each donation (optional)".
Once this is configured, you'll receive an email notification every time someone donates online. Note that this notification message cannot be customized.
