You're all set! You've created your Donation Campaign or recorded your first donors in your community. Now you want to find your donors β to export their information or reach out to them, for example? This article walks you through how.

- Find donors in your community
- View donors on a Donation Campaign
- View a donor's giving history on their profile
Find donors in your community
When someone completes a Donation Campaign, they become a donor of your nonprofit and their profile is automatically created in your contact database β if it doesn't already exist. If the person is already in your community, Springly will recognize them and flag that they've made a donation.
Go to Community > Contacts. Use the "Filter by" field to display your donors β all donors appear here, regardless of which Donation Campaign they came from.
A small green heart badge
is automatically added to anyone identified as a donor of your nonprofit, making it easy to spot donors at a glance in your community.
View donors on a Donation Campaign
Your donor list can also be accessed through your Donation Campaigns. This lets you pull up the donor list for a specific campaign.
Go to Campaigns > Donations, then click "Manage donors" for the campaign you want.
You'll land directly on the "donors" tab, showing all registrants for that campaign β which you can then filter, export, or contact.
View a donor's giving history on their profile
On a contact's profile page (accessible from Community > Contacts by clicking the Detail icon for that person), you'll find several tabs, including a "Donation" tab that lets you track each member's giving history.
