You want to transfer funds from your e-wallet to your bank account, but the transfer is blocked and you can't access your money.
There are a few possible reasons for this:
- You recently made a wire transfer
- Your e-wallet verification isn't complete
- Additional security checks are required
Here's what you can do in each situation.
You recently made a wire transfer
For example, if you initiate a transfer to your bank on June 1st, you'll need to wait five business days before making another one — meaning June 6th at the earliest. During that time, the "Wire transfer to my bank" button will be grayed out.
Your e-wallet verification isn't complete
Our payment provider lets you collect money online as soon as your e-wallet is created, even before verification is complete. However, you have 90 days to finish the process before the e-wallet gets locked.
Without completed verification, collected funds cannot be transferred to your nonprofit's bank account.
Additional security checks are required
In some cases, enhanced checks are required to prevent fraud. This is especially common for newly created e-wallets.
