The Email Campaigns feature is included in the Serenity and Professional plans, both of which are paid subscription plans.

How much does sending emails cost?
Depending on the plan you choose on Springly, you can send between 1,000 and 16,000 emails per month. Each plan includes a set number of emails.

Which emails count toward the quota?
All emails sent from the platform count toward your quota: email campaigns, event confirmation emails, membership emails, donation emails, password resets, and more.
All emails sent to a contact are visible from their profile, accessible via Community > Contacts.
What happens if you exceed your quota?
If you go over your limit, you can send additional emails on a pay-as-you-go basis. This lets you avoid upgrading to a higher plan just because you occasionally need a few extra emails.
1,000 additional emails cost €1.50 (VAT included)
This charge kicks in with the first email you send beyond your included quota.
Example: you're on the 1–50 contacts tier, which includes 1,000 emails. When you send your 1,001st email in the month, a charge of €1.50 (VAT included) is triggered, allowing you to send 999 additional emails.
The charge is triggered by the first email sent once you've used up all the emails included in your quota.
Where can you find your email quota information?
Your email quota details are available on the Subscription page. This lets you track how many emails you've sent and stay within your limit.
To access the Subscription page, click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your screen (1), then select Subscription from the menu (2).
Once on your Subscription page, you can track your email usage for the current billing period.
If you exceed your quota, an overage invoice of €1.50 (VAT included) will appear at the bottom of the same Subscription page.
