Before you start
You can view all of your subscription invoices at any time from your Springly account.
Invoices related to your subscription are available from your Subscription page.
Accessing the Subscription page
To access the Subscription page, click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your screen (1), then click the Subscription menu (2).
Your invoices are displayed in the section of the same name. To view a specific invoice, click the icon next to the invoice you want to view.
Invoice status
If an invoice has the status Processed, it means the payment has already been initiated. Payment for an invoice is typically collected within 3 days of it being issued.
The status Auto-generated can correspond to several situations:
- The invoice was just issued and will be charged shortly.
- The invoice cannot be charged (expired payment method, block on the account, etc.).
