Access the Help Center from your platform

The Help Center is easy to reach directly from your platform.

Log in to your platform and look for the "Help" button in the top right corner of any page.

Click it to open the Help Center — it slides out on the right side of your screen.

You'll see article suggestions based on the module you're currently using — click whichever looks most relevant. If a PDF guide is available for that page, it will appear there too.

If none of the suggested articles answers your question, use the search bar — chances are we've already covered it.

You'll also find a "Visit the Help Center" button at the bottom of the panel.

You don't need to be logged in to browse our Help Center articles.
