The Springly Business Account is offered in partnership with Swan, a licensed payment institution in Europe. To protect everyone involved and comply with applicable regulations, certain activities are not eligible for this service.
This primarily applies to activities considered sensitive, high-risk, or subject to strict legal oversight. This list is defined by Swan and its banking partners, and may change over time.
What does "restricted activity" mean?
If your nonprofit carries out any of the activities listed below — even partially — opening or using a Business Account may be denied or suspended.
This does not mean your organization is operating illegally or improperly. It simply means these activities carry a level of risk that our banking partner is currently unable to accommodate.
