Zapier is an automation platform that connects different apps together. It works on a simple principle:
- A trigger: the event that starts the automation (for example: "a new contact is created in Springly").
- An action: the operation that runs in response (for example: "create a contact in Mailchimp")
Each automation you create in Zapier is called a "Zap."

Can Springly be used as an action app in Zapier?
At the moment, Springly only supports triggers in Zapier. This means you can use Springly events to trigger actions in other apps, but not the other way around. Springly actions will be added in future updates.
