Since you started using Springly, your nonprofit has grown. Your membership is expanding, and you're ready to change your subscription plan. This article walks you through how to do it. In this article:

Access the Subscription page
Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your screen (1), then select Subscription from the menu (2). Then click Change subscription.
Change your subscription plan
Overview
You can change, for example:
- Subscription plan: Serenity or Expert offer.
- Billing cycle: billed annually or monthly.
Click Change subscription and select a plan based on the number of contacts you have. You can choose between the Serenity or Expert offer.
The price displayed will vary based on the number of contacts you have.
To select the Expert offer, click the Explore other plans button. You'll be taken to a new page.
Once you've chosen your plan, click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
When you change your plan, you start a new commitment period — either annual or monthly.
Switch from an annual to a monthly subscription
Switching from an annual subscription to a monthly billing cycle is a special case that requires slightly different steps. Here's how to change your billing period.
Click Edit my subscription.
On the confirmation page, select a billing cycle by clicking monthly or annual. Then click Next to proceed and confirm.
Your subscription payment for the current period (annual/monthly) is processed upon confirmation. A new invoice will be issued and payment will be collected within 3 days.
Making a change before your next payment
If you decide to change your billing cycle before your next payment, follow the steps above and select the monthly option.
The change will take effect and all future payments will be billed monthly.
A payment was just processed
If you just confirmed an annual subscription plan and want to switch to monthly, you have up to 3 days after confirmation to make that change.
After that window, the payment will be processed and cannot be reversed. However, the commitment period remains annual: monthly invoices will be issued for one year, even if you cancel in the meantime.
