You can cancel your subscription at any time (much to our dismay).
Please submit your cancellation request with at least one month's notice.
Your plan will not renew at the end of the current subscription period. In the meantime, you'll retain full access to your platform and all your data.
Steps to follow
1. Access the cancellation page
To cancel, click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your screen (1), then open the Subscription menu (2). You must have primary administrator rights on the platform.
Once on the subscription management page, click Cancel my subscription.
2. Cancellation
You'll land on a page where we ask you to share your reasons for leaving.
Once you've selected your reason(s), click "End subscription" to confirm your cancellation.
Once you click the button, your cancellation will be saved. Your subscription will then end at the close of your current commitment period.
💡 If you don't see the button but instead see a date with the message "Your subscription will end on MM/DD/YYYY" — no worries. Someone at your nonprofit or a member of our team has already canceled your platform's subscription. This can also happen if your nonprofit has a custom contract running through a specific end date (with no renewal indicated in the contract).
3. What happens next?
Once this is done, your subscription will no longer auto-renew. You'll still have full access to the platform until your subscription end date — which typically gives you plenty of time to export your data (member database, accounting records, event registrants, etc.).
