Available information
Sending statistics
- Processed emails: the total number of emails sent in the campaign. Recipients who share the same email address will only receive the email once.
- Emails in progress: emails currently being processed by our sending tool and not yet delivered.
- Received emails: the number of emails that reached recipients' inboxes, whether or not they were read.
- Soft bounces: emails temporarily rejected by the recipient's mail server. Possible causes: unavailable mail servers, full inbox, message too large, etc.
- Hard bounces: emails that could not be delivered. Possible causes: incorrect, invalid, or blocked email address.
Important: email addresses that result in a hard bounce are considered invalid and will not receive future emails. This is designed to protect your sender reputation and ensure the deliverability of your email campaigns.
Performance statistics
- Opens: The number of people who opened the email.
- Clicks: The number of people who clicked at least one link in the email. If the email contains no links to a website, a click count of zero is expected.
- Reported as spam: The number of emails flagged as spam by recipients.
Please note: these figures are approximate and not comprehensive. They depend on the data shared by your recipients' email providers — and not all providers share this information.
Per-recipient details
- Email status: to check whether the email reached the recipient's inbox,
- Read report: the recipient's behavior once the email arrived in their inbox.
