How do I access the Administrators page?
Go to your Settings center, then click on Administrators.
This takes you to the page where you can manage your administrators.
How do I add a new administrator?
To add a new administrator:
- Click the "+ Add a new administrator" button.
- Enter the person's name or email address in the search bar.
- Find their name in the dropdown list and click Continue.
The contact doesn't appear in my dropdown list.
If the person you want to add doesn't appear in the search bar, you'll need to add them to your database first.
To do so, click the "click here" link.
When adding someone, you only need to enter a first and last name at minimum. We recommend also including an email address so the administrator is notified when they're added.
For more information on adding a contact, see this article.
How do I assign permissions to my administrators?
Once you've selected the desired contact and clicked Continue, a page showing the different permission types will appear.
Only a primary administrator can add or remove administrators from the platform. This article provides detailed information about administrators and their permissions.
Simply select the permission type and save.
How many administrators are recommended?
You can add as many administrators as you like. However, we recommend keeping the number limited. Having too many administrators can interfere with how your platform runs smoothly.
Each administrator should only have the permissions they need to carry out their responsibilities — nothing more, nothing less. The goal is to limit access rights in order to reduce security risks and minimize errors.
