Springly is what's known as a "SaaS" platform β meaning you can access it from any device, anywhere. To help you understand what that means for the tool and your data, this article covers the following:
What is the SaaS model?
Springly runs on a "SaaS" model, which stands for "Software as a Service". Rather than purchasing software to install on your own servers, you get access to our tools, services, and expertise β all hosted on our servers. The main benefits include:
- Fast setup and deployment;
- No technical knowledge required on your end;
- Zero maintenance for you to worry about;
- Continuous improvements, automatically available.

Your subscription includes all updates needed to keep the platform running smoothly, as well as future improvements to the tool.
Hosting
We use Microsoft France as our hosting provider, with servers located in France and across Europe.
PaaS (Platform as a Service)
Our applications are hosted on Microsoft France PHP instances.
Just as our customers outsource software management to us, we outsource the technical management and maintenance of our servers to Microsoft β so we can stay focused on what we do best: building great software. We believe everyone, whether that's our customers, Microsoft, or us, should stick to their core expertise.
During traffic spikes, Microsoft's infrastructure automatically spins up additional servers to keep our service available. Our instances run on dedicated resources, which means a traffic surge on another Microsoft customer's platform has no impact on ours.
A note on security and Bug Bounty
We maintain a high level of security around your data through our private program with Bounty Factory. This program engages security researchers to actively look for vulnerabilities within the platform.
