When you create a form or event ticketing in Springly, you can configure a number of settings. To keep things simple, the default configuration includes only a limited set of options.
You can also choose to enable more advanced settings. This article covers how to configure the display of event attendees.
- Enable the attendee display setting
- Display attendees for an event
- Display specific information collected from attendees
For other types of advanced settings, please refer to this section.
Please note: The information in this article applies to event forms only — this option is not available for other form types.
Enable the attendee display setting
You can choose to enable the display of attendees and registrants on your forms.
Please note: Enabling this setting will make it available across all your event forms. You can then choose whether or not to use it on a form-by-form basis.
To access the advanced settings activation page, go to Settings > Forms and ticketing, then toggle on (green button) the attendee list display.
Display attendees for an event
To enable this option, go to the "Publishing" tab of your form and check the "Make the attendee list public" box:
Please note: To protect attendee privacy, only the first letter of the last name is displayed.
Be sure to click "Update" to save your changes.

Display specific information collected from attendees
If you collected additional information through your form, you can also make that information visible to other attendees.
For example, say you're organizing a potluck dinner with your volunteers where each person brings a dessert. To avoid duplicates, you ask attendees to specify what they'll bring in your form — and then make those responses visible to everyone. Here's how:
- In step 2 - Pricing, add options of the "Free response" type:
- Save your form by clicking Publish at the bottom of the page;
- In the Publishing tab, check "Make the attendee list public";
- Then check the information you want to make visible;
- Finally, click Update.
