Export Documents Stored in Profile Records

Before You Start

You've set up file uploads as part of the membership or sign-up process and want to export all documents stored in member profile records.

How to Export Documents

To do this, go to Community > Settings, then click the Advanced Options tab. The files available for download will be listed in the section of the same name.

Select the file(s) you want to download and click Download. The files will be downloaded to your computer in zip format.

Please note that profile photos cannot currently be exported. However, you can export all other documents stored in profile records by following the steps above.
