Sending an attachment via a simple email
When sending a simple email, you can add one or more attachments.
While composing your message, simply add one or more attachments directly in the email editor.
The recipient will receive the email in this format:
Sending an attachment via an email campaign (Newsletter type)
When sending an advanced email campaign, you can also include attached documents. To do so, use the Button block.
Drag and drop the block onto your email design grid.
A window will open. Configure the text and design of your button.
You can then choose what the button links to:
- A file
- A page on your website
- An external URL.
If you want clicking the button to trigger a document download, select the "File" option.
Is your file too large for the file option? Host it on an online storage service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) and share the access link using the external URL option.
Once your email is sent, recipients will see a button they can click to download the document.
