The Serenity and Professional plans have a base price that scales with the number of "contacts" in your nonprofit.
What counts as a "contact"
A contact is anyone you have added to your community database. They have a profile that brings together all their personal information, emails received, purchases, donations, memberships, and more.
Members, volunteers, donors, board members, and other contributors all fall into this category.
Organizations and legal entities
On the Professional plan, you have access to the "Structures" feature, which lets you manage legal entities. Under Community > Contacts, you'll see two tabs: Persons and Structures.
A structure counts as a contact โ just like a person, it has its own profile. It therefore factors into the contact count that determines your subscription tier.
Archived contacts
When you archive a person or a structure, they are no longer considered active contacts and no longer count toward your subscription's contact total.
