If you sell products on your site, you can manage shipping options and fees directly in the platform. This feature lets buyers choose from multiple delivery methods (pickup at a given address, home delivery, etc.). This article walks you through everything you need to know.
How shipping works
Overview
The shipping feature lets you configure delivery methods for your product sales. If you sell merchandise, you can offer buyers multiple shipping options for their order:
- Pickup at a specified address
- Delivery to the address provided by the buyer
You can set a price for each shipping method you offer.
For example, someone picking up their order at your location pays nothing, while someone opting for parcel delivery pays a set amount.
Shipping methods configured per product sale
Shipping methods are configured and applied at the product sales level.
So if you create a product sale under Events & Online Shop > Products, you can configure shipping methods for that specific product sale — and only for product sales.
Setting up and managing shipping methods
Creating shipping options
You've already created your product sale, or you're in the process of doing so (via Events & Online Shop > Products).
Open the product sales creation form.
In section "5. Shipping Options", you can create the shipping options that apply to this sale.
To create shipping options, follow these steps:
- Click "Create shipping options".
- An editing panel opens.
Set up your first shipping method.
Enter a name, select a shipping type, and set the associated fees.
You can also expand additional settings by clicking "+ More options".

- Once you've filled in the details, click "Confirm".
- You can then add more shipping types by clicking the "New" button.
Available shipping types
When setting up your shipping options, you can choose from the following types:
- Pickup at an address
- Delivery to an address
If you select Pickup at an address, you can specify the pickup address and add any relevant notes.
When a buyer selects a pickup option, they'll see the address where they can collect their order, along with any notes you've added — such as opening hours or a contact phone number.
If you select Delivery to an address, the buyer will be prompted to enter their delivery address.
Advanced options for each shipping method
If your shipping fees vary based on the quantity ordered or the order total, you can configure advanced options to handle this.
You can access these settings while configuring your shipping option by clicking the "+ More options" button.
The available options are:
- Apply above / below a certain order amount
- Apply above / below a certain number of items ordered
The "Apply above / below a certain order amount" option lets you offer a shipping method when the order total exceeds a set amount, falls below it, or both.
The "Apply above / below a certain number of items ordered" option lets you offer a shipping method when the buyer orders more than x items or fewer than x items.
Tracking shipments
Once your shipping options are set up, orders will start coming in.
In the transaction details, you can view the selected shipping method, the buyer's delivery address, and more.
If needed, you can update the shipping status to track where each order stands in the fulfillment process. The available statuses are: To ship / Shipped / Delivered.
