Want to export your data from Springly? Here's how to export:
- Personal information stored in your Community
- Information from your Donation and Membership Campaigns
- Financial and legal information
Only the information covered in this article can be exported in bulk.
Sent emails and website pages cannot be exported.
Exporting personal information from your Community
This covers information tied to the contacts saved in your Community — whether they are persons or legal entity contacts.
To export this information, go to Community > Contacts.
Select all contacts by checking the box in the first row of the table. If you have more than 50 contacts, click "Select all XX rows" when it appears.
Then click the Excel icon and choose the export format that works best for you.
A dialog box will open. Choose to export all columns (not just the ones currently displayed) to retrieve your contacts' complete data.
The download starts right away.
Exporting information from your Donation and Membership Campaigns
You can export this information in bulk from the Exports module.
The available bulk exports cover:
- Current and past members;
- Memberships and related payments;
- Donors who have given to your nonprofit;
- Donations and related payments.
Only information collected through a Donation Campaign or Membership Campaign is included in these exports.
The export will be sent to you by email.
Exporting financial and legal information
Your accounting documents
All your accounting documents can be exported from Accounting > Documents.
Navigate to each dedicated tab, find the document or accounting period you need, then click the Excel icon to download it.
Some documents are also available in PDF format.
The download starts right away.
FEC, invoices, transactions, and payments
From the Exports > Accounting menu, you can also download:
- the Fichier d'Ecritures Comptables (FEC), a legal document that may be requested by a regulatory authority (must be enabled first under Settings > Accounting);
- invoices linked to your book entries: instead of reviewing each transaction and entry individually in Springly, you can receive a bulk export of all associated invoices by email. Set a date range and click Export;
- book entries related to transactions;
- book entries related to received payments.
Click Export for the document type you want to download and select the desired date range.

Online payment information
If you accept online payments, your Wallet Statement is available under Payments > E-wallet, in the "My transactions" section.
Before you go, don't forget to transfer the funds from your e-wallet to your nonprofit's bank account. You can do this from the same page: Payments > E-wallet.
Tax receipts issued from Springly
You can bulk-export all tax receipts issued through your Springly platform.
To do so, go to Settings > Tax Receipts and Invoices. Click "View" in the "Bulk actions on issued tax receipts" section.
You can then request an export of all tax receipts issued from your platform. It will be sent to you by email.
