- Boost member engagement with your nonprofit!
How does the integration work?
Springly provides you with an HTML snippet (also called an iframe). This code includes everything needed for online sign-ups and payments β all you have to do is copy and paste it onto your website.
1- Copy the code from Springly
You'll find this code in the "Distribution" tab of your membership, donation, event, or online shop form. The steps are the same for all form types:
- Go to Forms, then select the tab of your choice (Memberships, Donations, Events, Online Shop);
- If the form is still a draft, click the pencil icon in the top right corner; if it's already published, click the three vertical dots, then Edit;
The form must have a "Published" status before you can share the iframe code. If it's still a draft, update the status from the Configuration tab and click Save.
- Next, go to the Distribution tab: you'll find the iframe code in the "Display the campaign form on an external website" section. Click Copy code.
2- Paste the code on your external website
The process for adding the HTML code is the same regardless of your CMS (WordPress, Wix, Joomla!, etc.): paste the HTML code onto the page of your nonprofit's website where you want the form to appear.
If you need help pasting the code, we recommend reaching out to your web provider, contacting your webmaster, or getting in touch with our support team.
Tips & tricks
1- Fully customize the form to match your nonprofit's branding
To match the form's colors to your nonprofit's website, you can customize the site theme.
You configure your iframe's colors from the Website module in Springly, even if you don't publish your website through Springly.
2- Adjust the form size
The Springly iframe has a default width of 100%. It automatically adjusts its height based on your content (as long as your system supports it).
To change the iframe width, update the width parameter directly in the iframe code that Springly generated for you.
The recommended size is 100% β feel free to test different values to find what works best for your website.

Why embed Springly on your website?
In practice, this strategic choice lets you offer members a membership form, donation form, event sign-up, or product purchase β all without leaving your nonprofit's website.
As a nonprofit administrator, you share a single link β your website β while continuing to manage member data, payments, and your accounting directly in Springly.
Greater form visibility drives more traffic to your website, helping you grow your member community, increase donations, boost event attendance, and drive product sales.
Please note: only forms can be embedded via iframe on an external website. Other elements of your Springly platform β such as full website pages or member profile pages β cannot be embedded on a site other than the one created through Springly.
